table service
A tab that says what it says
QR ordering is not a POS system to buy — it's the ceiling of what a tablet plus a sticker can manage. Order, tab, floor board, close-out.
step 1
Print the sticker once
Each table's QR opens its running tab — the sticker is permanent, so no per-visit reprint. Staff can also open a tab from the floor board.
step 2
Guests order while they talk
The phone shows exactly what's in each dish, price included. Items land on the tab (and the kitchen board) instantly — participants never queue at a till.
step 3
Staff run the floor
The floor board lists every open tab: running total, seated minutes, who ordered what. Void mistakes with a reason; nothing hard-deletes.
step 4
Close & pay, once per table
Track what's settled partially, split at close if needed, card/PayNow/cash settle — clean, mindful close-out per tab.
